Shipping policy

  • All orders made in the United Kingdom receive the delivery using Royal Mail 2st Class Signed For (1 to 3 working days) service.
  • No orders will be dispatched on weekends. All our delivery estimates are done in working days, excluding the day of delivery and Bank Holidays except when stated otherwise.
  • Once you have placed an order you will receive an email to inform you when your package is on its way.
  • Please take care to enter correctly all the necessary shipping address information. If an address has been wrongly entered, Alleza London not liable for any delivery address errors. 
  • Please note that Alleza London are not responsible for arranging delivery times. 
  •  If the order is returned to us as a result of an incomplete address or mistake on your behalf, you will be required to pay the postage fee for us to resend the order. In addition, failure to collect an order from courier services, resulting in the order being returned to Alleza London is done at the customer's expense.


Refusal of a Package

The customer is liable to pay to return costs upon the refusal of a package. You will find this cost deducted from the total cost of your placed order.

If my package is lost, will I get it reimbursed?

We can reassure you that if you do not receive your order within the delivery time frame provided by us, we will begin an investigation with our courier. This process can take up to two weeks. If your order is then confirmed as lost we will , of course,   re-send your order immediately.

An item is missing from my order, what do I do?

Please contact with us allezalondon@gmail.com in the event of receiving an incorrect garment, or if something is missing from your order upon delivery.
